Improving the health and quality of life of Central Floridians is the mission of the Orlando Health Center for Health Improvement. With three convenient locations in Orlando, Ocoee and Longwood, the center offers personalized health services for individuals committed to making positive lifestyle changes. Services include identifying the potential for disease risk and providing individualized health plans using evidence-based strategies.

A physician-led team provides health improvement consultations, education, workshops and health coaching for a variety of areas, including:

• Diabetes Prevention
• Heart Health
• Nutrition and Plant-based Diets
• Stress Management
• Weight Management
