Frequently Asked Questions
Patients and visitors may park in the designated parking lots located in front of the main entrance and emergency room. Valet service is also available Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 7:00pm.
Our main entrance is open daily from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. Visiting hours typically end at 9:00 pm to allow our patients to rest; however, we understand that certain situations may require flexibility. Please visit our Guest Services desk for more information.
When you arrive you will be greeted by security and proceed through their check point. After entering the main lobby you will check-in at our front desk. Our guest services team will be able to direct you to the right place and provide more information at that time.
If you are a patient coming for a procedure, please bring the following:
- List of all current medications, including over-the-counter, herbal and supplements
- List of dosages, when they are taken and the last dose taken
- Primary care physician’s name and contact information
- List of known allergies and medication reactions
- List of medical conditions
- List of surgeries
- Contact information for your emergency contact
- Pharmacy name, address and phone number
- Insurance card
The cafeteria is open daily with menu options that include freshly made pizza, grill items, soup, salad, a specialty pop-up station featuring fresh local ingredients, and more. Purchases may be made by credit card; we do not accept cash.
The cafeteria is open 7 days a week. Breakfast will be available 6:30am - 10am and Lunch/Dinner 11am - 7pm
Located in front of the cafeteria, Raining Berries offers premium coffee, signature açaí bowls, smoothies, pastries and sandwiches, along with convenient grab-and-go options. Open 7 days a week, 6:30am - 7:30pm
