Pulse Nightclub Tragedy – How We Responded

In 2016 our nation and our trauma center was tested by the Pulse nightclub tragedy, the second deadliest mass shooting in the nation. We received 44 patients and are grateful that none of those who made it to the hospital alive was lost. Our Level One Trauma Center was expanded with input from those who treated Pulse survivors.
