Orlando Health Sebastian River Hospital is a comprehensive acute care facility serving Florida’s Treasure Coast for more than 50 years. Over the years, we have grown to meet the healthcare needs of the ever-growing number of residents and visitors in the communities we serve. The latest expansion in 2020 included a facility addition that gave the hospital a new, large lobby, 48 private patient rooms, increased surgical capacity with six fully operational and two shelled OR suites, three procedure rooms, new preoperative and postoperative patient bays, the latest surgical technology, and the latest in sterilization and cleaning equipment. Combined with these enhanced facilities and services, our dedicated team of physicians, nurses, clinicians and medical professionals is committed to delivering the highest level of quality and compassionate care.

With a full scope of care, we offer advanced technology and expertise in a number of specialties, including emergency care, heart and vascular care, orthopedics and surgical services. Recognized for high standards, we have earned full hospital and laboratory accreditation from The Joint Commission, as well as advanced certification as a Primary Stroke Center for our quality stroke care. The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® distinguishes healthcare organizations and programs that exemplify their commitment to using best practices to improve safety and quality for their patients, staff and community. As further demonstration of our commitment to quality care, we have earned numerous industry recognitions, including Bariatric Surgery Comprehensive Center accreditation from the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP®), and a Wound Care Center of Distinction award from Healogics, among others.
