Hospital Amenities and Resources
Welcome to Orlando Health Sebastian River Hospital
At Orlando Health Sebastian River Hospital, we consider it a privilege to care for you and your family. We pledge, in all your interactions with us, to provide you with the best care and experience possible. We honor that pledge every day — both as an organization and in the personal dedication of our physicians, nurses, team members and volunteers — ensuring that patients, their loved ones and visitors are treated in a professional, caring and compassionate manner.
Interpreter Services
To ensure effective communication, telephone interpreter services are available to patients who do not understand English, either verbally or in writing. These services are provided by the hospital free of charge and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Ask your nurse or the registrar for help in obtaining these services for you. Or, you may call (800) 955-8771 for assistance.
Financial Assistance Program
In an effort to meet the community’s healthcare needs, financial assistance is available to patients/guarantors (person that is financially responsible) who have limited or no resources to pay for emergency or medically necessary services provided at an Orlando Health facility. The Orlando Health financial assistance program is responsive to the needs of the community, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, race and ethnic background.
Our Policies
Orlando Health Sebastian River Hospital observes recognized guidelines and applicable Florida state law related to the appropriate use of hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette and personal protective equipment (such as face coverings) to protect our patients, team members and visitors from spread of disease or illness.
