Transparency in Coverage Rule - Machine Readable Files

In accordance with the Transparency in Coverage Rule, we are making available our in-network negotiated rates and allowed amounts (amounts covered or services provided by out-of-network providers) as machine readable files.

Benefit Plan Required Posting: Under the Transparency in Coverage Rule, self-funded health plans are required to make machine readable files (MRFs) publicly accessible. This requires providing a link to MRFs prepared by the insurer/TPA. To meet this requirement, MRFs will be posted monthly on transparency-in-coverage.uhc.com beginning July 1, 2022.
