Support Groups

Support groups can help you find information and guidance from others who are going through the same life journey while you and your loved ones adjust and adapt.

  • Stroke: The Orlando Health Stroke Support Group meets virtually on the last Wednesday of each month, from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Attendance is by phone or computer. Registration information can be found here.

  • Traumatic brain injury: The Central Florida Brain Injury Support Group meets on the third Wednesday of the month from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Orlando’s Beardall Senior Center, 800 Delaney Ave. More information can be found here.
