Spine Center

Studies show that more than 80% of patients with low back pain find relief with skilled physical therapy, which is why it is considered the best first line of treatment for relief. Physical therapy helps decrease pain by focusing on specific exercises, soft tissue mobilization, manual therapy, dry needling, kinesiology taping, and use of other therapeutic modalities as part of individualized treatment plans. The goal of physical therapy is to optimize movement and improve function to return to the activities that you love!
