Neurological Outpatient Rehabilitation

Our neurological rehabilitation is designed to help people with diseases, injury or disorders of the nervous system. We work to help increase function, ease symptoms and improve well-being. Our multidisciplinary approach includes physical, occupational and speech therapists who create a personalized plan of care for each patient, based on their conditions and their goals. Together, we support individuals in maximizing their function and independence.
