Jessica Glover

Assistant Vice President, Orlando Health; Chief Operating Officer, Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital

As chief operating officer of Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, Jessica Glover is responsible for the daily operations of the hospital along with the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives. Her experience in process improvement lends weight to her skill in providing oversight for the development of high-quality and cost-effective programs and services to meet the needs of patients, physicians and team members.

Joining Orlando Health in 2016 as an improvement system coach, Jessica also has served in acquisition strategy and integration, strategic initiative implementation, and most recently, allied health and support services. Previously, Jessica held process improvement roles at Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems in Orlando.

Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and a master’s degree in health administration (executive program) from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. She also has participated in several organizational and industry leadership programs and is a member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.
