Code of Conduct

As one of Central Florida’s premier healthcare systems, Orlando Health recognizes that fostering an atmosphere of integrity and honesty is of utmost importance. All team members at Orlando Health are committed to our mission of improving the health and quality of life of the individuals and communities we serve. The Code of Conduct is the cornerstone of our Compliance and Ethics Program. It assists team members in maintaining Orlando Health’s high ethical standards in all business dealings and provides guidance to ensure that our organization conforms to the ethical and legal standards expected of us.

The Code of Conduct provides guidance to team members on important topics such as legal compliance, workplace conduct and integrity, confidentiality, record keeping, conflicts of interest, business relationships and the protection of assets. The document is updated periodically to respond to changing conditions. Compliance and Ethics is responsible for maintaining and updating Orlando Health’s Code of Conduct.
