Jason Ladd

Assistant Vice President, Orlando Health; Chief Financial Officer, Ambulatory and Post-Acute Services

Jason Ladd oversees financial operations for the organization’s growing and diverse service lines that encompass multiple joint ventures and post-acute related services, including outpatient rehabilitation and imaging sites, ambulatory surgery centers, specialty pharmacy, and skilled nursing facilities. With 25 years of financial leadership experience in for-profit, not-for-profit, private equity and publicly held companies, Jason spent a decade working with growing small businesses followed by 15 years in accounting and healthcare.

Before joining Orlando Health, Jason was senior director for Nashville-based Fast Pace Health, a private equity-backed healthcare company focused on stand-alone urgent care clinics across the southeastern United States. Prior to that, he served as director of finance for a skilled nursing management company. An experienced CPA, Jason also is a former auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers and spent time on the SEC reporting team for a Fortune 500 company.

A Kentucky native, Jason earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Georgetown College in Kentucky. He sits on the boards of directors of several of our joint venture partnerships.
