Sara Dill

Assistant Vice President for Pediatric Specialty Services and Occupational Health, Orlando Health Medical Group

As assistant vice president for pediatric specialty services and occupational health, Sara provides operational leadership for both practices of Orlando Health Medical Group.

Sara has more than two decades of experience in healthcare leadership. Prior to joining Orlando Health, Sara served as director of operations for UnityPoint Clinic in Peoria, Illinois where she managed patient satisfaction, financial performance and quality for more than 20 service areas, including primary, specialty and home care. She also developed a sports medicine service line and opened the first clinics for adolescent medicine and pediatric infectious disease clinic at UPC.

Sara has earned a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, a master’s degree from University of Louisville and an MBA from the University of Illinois in Springfield.
