As assistant vice president of operations, Sara Dill provides essential operational leadership to drive key initiatives across the Orlando Health Medical Group. Her responsibilities include enhancing clinician support models, improving operational efficiencies and accelerating strategic program growth to ensure best‑in‑class outcomes for patients, clinicians and team members.

With more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience, Sara previously served as assistant vice president for pediatric specialty services and occupational health within the medical group. Sara earned a bachelor’s from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, an MBA from the University of Illinois in Springfield and a master’s in education from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. Sara holds a Certified Practice Management Executive designation.
