Shawn Molsberger

Senior Vice President, Orlando Health North Florida Region; President, Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital

Shawn Molsberger is senior vice president of Orlando Health’s North Florida Region and president of Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital. With more than 25 years of clinical and executive healthcare experience, Shawn joined Orlando Health in 2018 as president of Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital. During his career, he has achieved success in clinical quality, patient experience, operations and physician engagement.

Previously, Shawn served as chief operating officer with Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, Tennessee, and served as a board member for the facility’s joint venture cancer center with Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He has also held leadership roles at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Georgia, and Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.

Shawn began his career as an occupational therapist, earning a bachelor’s degree from Utica College of Syracuse University and an MBA in healthcare administration from Belmont University in Nashville.
Shawn is board certified in healthcare management and a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is a past president of the Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives.
