Objective
To compare the gut microbiome composition and diversity of post-COVID-19 infection with the gut microbiome of healthy age-matched group collected before the pandemic start in 2020. To assess the gut microbiome in patients, post COVID-19 virus infection cases and correlate with the presented gastrointestinal symptoms such as stress, anxiety, and symptoms.

Key Eligibility
The targeted study population will include any child or young adult between the age 8 and 21, who tested positive for COVID-19 and hospitalized from the disease in ORMC or APH. Patients with COVID-19 and Multisystem Inflammation Syndrome in children (MIS-C) will be included.
