Ingredients:

1 garlic clove

1 cup avocado

7-8 tablespoons water

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

1/2 cup fresh parsley

1/2 cup green onion (dark green part only, not white)

3-4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, to taste

5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar• 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:

Add garlic clove to food processor and process until finely chopped.

Add in the water, oil, avocado, herbs and onion. Process until smooth. Then, slowly add the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Finally, add salt to taste.
