Dr. Patrick Kelly is a board-certified radiation oncologist with the Orlando Health Cancer Institute. He specializes in treating gastrointestinal and breast malignancies and has expertise in:

  • Breast cancer
  • Gastrointestinal cancer
  • Brain and spine
  • Re-irradiation
  • Stereotactic body radiation

Dr. Kelly also leads the research and clinical trials program at the Orlando Health Cancer Institute.

He is deeply committed to providing high-quality and compassionate care to his patients. Dr. Kelly strives to understand the unique experiences and needs of each individual so they feel heard and valued throughout their treatment.

Dr. Kelly’s Training

Dr. Kelly graduated summa cum laude with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. He received a combined MD/PhD degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and completed his residency in radiation oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.

About Dr. Kelly

Dr. Kelly is board certified in radiation oncology by the American Board of Radiology.

He holds multiple patents related to cancer treatments. His research has included improving the delivery of MRI-guided radiation therapy and improving outcomes in the treatments for rectal and esophageal cancers. He has been published in peer-reviewed journals on numerous aspects of radiation techniques and outcomes.
