Interns may choose between a pediatric specific internship or a joint internship spanning both the pediatric and adult populations. The pediatric internship will be held at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children (OH/APH) and Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies (OH/WPH). The joint internship includes rotations at the Orlando Health Cancer Institute and Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC). At OH/APH and OH/WPH, interns will work with pediatric patients in Hematology/Oncology, Intensive Care, General Pediatric, and NICU units. The joint internship will also include work with oncology and trauma patients as well as general adult inpatients. Please indicate on the application your choice of internship (joint or pediatric only).
