April A Merritt, MD
April Merritt, MD, is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and is currently a physician partner with Delaney OB-GYN in Orlando. In addition to providing comprehensive general obstetrical and gynecological care, Dr. Merritt also offers insertion of IUD and Nexplanon®, laparoscopic surgery including hysterectomy, vaginal prolapse surgery, hormone replacement and treatment for pelvic pain.
Dr. Merritt attended undergraduate school at the College of Charleston, where she majored in biology and did research in organic chemistry. She then received her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and completed her residency at Orlando Health.
