A New Name for Florida Medical Clinic
Orlando, FL (April 18, 2024) – Starting May 1, 2024, Florida Medical Clinic will be Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health. The 30-year-old multi-specialty physician network joined forces with Orlando Health in August 2023. The rebrand, which includes a new logo, reinforces the partnership between the two organizations throughout Hillsborough and Pasco counties.
“The opportunity to partner with this prestigious organization will improve our ability to advance medical services for patients in the communities we serve,” said Joe Delatorre, CEO, Florida Medical Clinic. “Together, we will continue to enhance and expand access to high-quality care with greater capabilities and sustainability than ever before.”
“I am extremely grateful for the confidence that Florida Medical Clinic has in Orlando Health,” said David Strong, president and CEO, Orlando Health. “We are grateful to work and partner with these physicians who put patients and community first.”
Installation of updated signage reflecting the new name will begin May 1st and continue for the next few months. In time, the new brand will also be showcased on the Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health website and social media channels.
Patient care will continue and will not be impacted by the rebrand. Patients will still have access to the same doctors and staff at more than 50 locations. There will be no changes to scheduling, the patient portal or insurances accepted.
Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health patients have access to more than 380 physicians and medical providers representing 34 medical specialties, in 55 locations including two urgent care centers. The group is supported by over 2000 employees. For more information on Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health, please visit www.FloridaMedicalClinic.com.
