Apricot & Almond Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup dried apricots (about 8)

  • 1/2 cup almonds

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut flakes

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until the mixture is well combined into a dough consistency.

  2. Using your hands, roll the dough-like mixture into bite-sized balls.

  3. Enjoy! Place in the refrigerator and enjoy for up to about 5 days.
