FAQs About Our Move

Did the hours change?

Our hours have not changed. We remain open from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Where do I park?

You can find free self-parking on the B deck, which is across from Orlando Health Winnie Palmer. Valet parking by the main entrance also is available.

Is there security at your facility?

For the safety of our patients and visitors, all guests will pass through security at entry. To ensure a smooth experience, please bring your ID.

Where do I check in?

Please check in with Guest Services on the first floor of Orlando Health Winnie Palmer to receive a badge for entry to our elevators. You will be greeted for your Orlando Health Cancer Institute services on the ninth floor.

I will need a wheelchair. Do you have them available?

When you arrive, you will see wheelchairs that are available in the lobby.

What is your visitor policy?

When you come for your appointment, you may be accompanied by two guests. One guest may remain with you during your infusion treatment.

Are snacks and food available?

When you’re receiving infusion treatments, we will provide snacks for your comfort. There is also a full cafeteria on the first floor, which includes a salad bar, sandwich station, grab ‘n’ go section and several make-to-order hot food options.

How do I get to my breast Imaging appointment?

Our security team can assist you in getting to and from your imaging location and doctor’s appointment location. Please let Guest Services know if you need assistance with transportation.

Is there a gift shop?

Our gift shop, on the first floor across from the café, features women's spa products, women's wear, greeting cards, fresh flowers, balloons, candy, plush animals, magazines and assorted giftware.
