Crispy Baked Fish
Makes 4 servings (serving size is 3 ounces)
Ingredients:

1 pound cod filets

2 egg whites
-
3 tablespoons cornmeal

3 tablespoons flour
-
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

3/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon dill weed

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Preparation:

Rinse fish and pat dry.

Blend dry ingredients together.

Spray baking pan with cooking spray.

Dip fish in beaten egg whites and then coating mixture; shake off excess coating. Lay fish into the pan.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375°F or until the fish flakes and is golden brown.
