    Our Tree of Earrings is all about giving and receiving. If you're a cancer patient, we invite you to pick out a pair of earrings to wear and enjoy. You can also learn how to make these lovely earrings and join us for Jewelry 101! If you would like to donate any beads or jewelry that can be turned into earrings, please bring them to guest services or the CSC.

  • Jewelry 101!

    Come and learn how to make bead dangly earrings weekly and other simple jewelry once a month! Take home a pair of earrings for yourself and make other pairs to donate to hang on the earring trees around the Cancer Center for other patients. Stop by for 15 minutes or the whole hour! An activity dedicated to patients, caregivers, and staff. If you would like to donate any beads or jewelry that can be turned into earrings, please bring them to guest services or the Integrative Medicine program.

  • Intro to Yoga

    This 60-minute class is for those who are curious about yoga. You’ll learn the vocabulary, poses, techniques, and health benefits that yoga offers.

  • The Inspiration Choir

    An informal singing group for those interested in having fun! No prior singing or choir experience necessary at 11 am on the second and fourth Thursday of each month. Hosted by the Central Florida Community Arts http://cfcarts.com/.

  • Healthy Living Series

    Join nutritionists and chefs the second Wednesday of each month as we present a variety of nutrition topics to help you find wellness through food. An email confirmation will follow assuring a reserved seat. Please register no later than two days before the presentation. Classes are subject to change.

  • Return to Wellness

    This series helps cancer survivors make the transition from active cancer treatment to post-treatment care.

  • Qigong

    Qigong combines movement, breath, and thought to aid in stress reduction, improved sleep, and pain relief. The movements are accessible for all levels, encouraging energy flow, balance, and inner peace.
