  • Mother Baby T.E.A. at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer – TLC, Education, Answers

    Created specially to meet the unique needs of mothers with babies up to three month of age, this group provides education, reassurance and support along with a little T.L.C. in an informal, comfortable setting. Lactation consultants and nurses will answer questions about infant care, breastfeeding, ways to comfort your baby, taking care of yourself and more.

  • Music Therapy - Music and Stress Management Class

    Learn and practice a variety of relaxation exercises aimed at calming the body and mind. Music will help induce a relaxed state. This drop-in class meets every Thursday at 11:00 am, is suited to all, and is designed to teach you new tools to help with the stresses of daily life. In-person only.

  • Prenatal Breastfeeding – Virtual Class

    Designed for expectant parents, this virtual lecture is presented by a registered nurse lactation consultant. Learn what to expect while breastfeeding your baby during the first few days after delivery and through the first few months. Infants welcome. Partners are encouraged to participate. The class will also include the opportunity to ask questions.

  • Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) Virtual Support Group

    Please join us for a virtual support group for patients with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). Patients ages 13 and older are welcome to attend, along with family members and caregivers. Sessions will help patients cope with EoE by providing educational information, mental health support, nutrition counseling and more. The open forum is led by a licensed clinical social worker with the Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Center of Digestive Health and Nutrition.

    Please join us for a virtual support group for patients with liver failure. Patients ages 13 and older are welcome to attend, along with family members and caregivers. Sessions will help patients cope with living with liver failure by providing educational information, mental health support, nutrition counseling and more.     Connect virtually with pediatricians and specialists from Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children to discuss important and relevant topics concerning children. This monthly series allows participants the opportunity to meet expert pediatric specialists; learn about new services, procedures and treatment options available; and ask questions.
