Gentle Yoga

It is important to stay strong of mind and body throughout cancer treatment. Join us for a gentle and relaxing yoga session where you will experience the restorative qualities of this ancient practice. No experience is necessary. The movements will be tailored to your ability—even if you are limited to using a chair.

Laryngectomy Support Group

This group benefits anyone who is a laryngectomy patient as well as their family members. The group features a guest speaker, followed by an informal “meet and greet.” Facilitated by Linda Stachowiak, MS/CCCSLP BRS-S, speech pathologist.

This event will be presented by the Private Wealth Management at Heathrow to benefit the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Arnold Palmer Hospital.

8th Annual Walgreens Orlando International Dragon Boat Festival

The festival is on Saturday, Oct. 17.

6th Annual Playing Golf For T.I.M.E. At The Golden Bear Club

This joyous event will be held on Monday, Oct. 19.

Jewelry 101!

Come and learn how to make bead dangly earrings weekly and other simple jewelry once a month! Take home a pair of earrings for yourself and make other pairs to donate to hang on the earring trees around the Cancer Center for other patients. Stop by for 15 minutes or the whole hour! An activity dedicated to patients, caregivers, and staff. If you would like to donate any beads or jewelry that can be turned into earrings, please bring them to guest services or the Integrative Medicine program.
