  Pregnancy and delivery can cause your body to experience many physical changes, including the development of pelvic floor disorders. Care for Your Core and Pelvic Floor is taught by a physical therapist who specializes in the ways in which pregnancy and delivery affect the pelvic floor. The class will address common issues like back and pelvic pain, diastasis recti, urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction. Learn what changes to expect, how to prepare for childbirth and how to maximize your recovery after a vaginal birth or cesarean section.

• Preparation for Birth - Techniques for Comfort & Ease in Birth

  This is an in-person class, limited to five couples per session. The class focuses on practicing techniques and positions to support ease in pregnancy and labor.
