Join us for a gentle and relaxing yoga session where you will experience the restorative qualities of this ancient practice. No experience is necessary. The movements will be tailored to your ability—even if you are limited to using a chair.

Autoimmune Support Group
This is a FREE community support group where individuals and families affected by Auto-Immune Disorders (Lupus, MS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Celiac, Sjogrens etc.) can come together and provide support and encouragement for one another. There is literature available and ongoing education on effective ways to cope with auto-immune issues and improve your overall quality of life. Let’s come together in learning how to live well in health!
