Care for Your Core and Pelvic Floor is taught by a physical therapist who specializes in the ways in which pregnancy and delivery affect the pelvic floor. The class will address common issues like back and pelvic pain, diastasis recti, urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction.
