Orlando Health Debuts New Specialty Pharmacy
OCOEE, FL (June 3, 2021) – Orlando Health held a ribbon-cutting ceremony this week to commemorate the opening of its newest facility, the Orlando Health Scripts Specialty Pharmacy. The pharmacy is located across the street from Orlando Health – Health Central Hospital at 1111 Blackwood Avenue in Ocoee and is Orlando Health’s first specialty pharmacy.

Orlando Health to acquire Alabama health system, expanding presence and patient care in the state
Orlando, FL (April 8, 2026) – Orlando Health today announced plans to acquire RMC Health System in Anniston, Alabama, expanding the organization’s presence in the state and creating new opportunities to enhance patient care across the region. RMC is a not-for-profit health system that includes a 375-bed medical center, outpatient facilities and specialty practices serving patients throughout Northeast Alabama. Once the acquisition closes, RMC will become part of the organization’s Alabama Region, which includes Baptist Health. The transaction is expected to be completed this fall.

Bayfront Health St. Petersburg Joins the Orlando Health Family
St. Petersburg, FL (October 1, 2020) – Bayfront Health St. Petersburg is now officially part of Orlando Health Inc. Orlando Health, a private, not-for-profit healthcare organization headquartered in Central Florida, officially closed on the hospital purchase from Community Health Systems (CHS) on Wednesday, September 30. The City of St. Petersburg, which owns the land that the hospital sits on, approved transferring the lease to Orlando Health in July.
