Fellow Life and Wellness
As part of a focus on Wellness, we have scheduled lectures to promote awareness of burnout and techniques for improving resiliency of the individual physician. We have regular “wellness events” to continue to promote the family atmosphere – between residents, fellows and attending physicians. These “wellness events” have included our Holiday Parties, Disney Days, Zoom trivia nights during the age of COVID and happy hours. We strive to promote not only a well-trained physician but also a happy one who enjoys their career and practice long after training.

Orlando, FL (February 25, 2025) – The Orlando Health Advanced Rehabilitation Institute is expanding its Neuro-Friendly Restaurant Initiative with the Magnolia Yoga & Wellness Center and GoodWay Café in Longwood. The purpose of the program is to increase community inclusion for those living with an acquired brain injury such as a stroke, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, or a progressive disorder such as Parkinson’s disease.
