  Robert L.   Dr. Masson earned both his bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine, Gainesville. He later fulfilled a skull base surgery and neurotology fellowship at House Ear Clinic in Los Angeles.
  
  Dr. Masson has been an international educator in complex lumbar spine reconstruction, microsurgical reconstruction and cervical arthroplasty for more than 15 years and has 25 years of microneurosurgical practice. He has developed techniques and products for two of the world’s top spine companies, which produce advanced products for minimally invasive spinal reconstruction.
