    In addition to serving as director of Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital’s Family Medicine Residency Program, Lorna Fountain, MD is director of curriculum for the program. Her passion for teaching residents and students led her to join the faculty in 2007 and become program director in 2016. Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Fountain is a practicing physician with particular interest in women’s health, obstetrics, breastfeeding, critical care, sports medicine, wilderness medicine and pediatrics.

    Dr. Appea-Danquah earned her medical degree from the University of Ghana Medical School in Ghana and completed her residency training at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. She has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years. She is a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
