George Hutter, MD
George E. Hutter, MD, earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. He joined the Family Medicine Residency Program in 2016 as adjunct faculty. Parrish, MD, has contributed as faculty in the residency program, serving as director from 2001 to 2016.

Dr. Santayana completed his bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Florida in Gainesville before returning to his hometown of Tampa to complete a master’s degree in biomedical sciences from the University of South Florida. He went on to earn his medical degree at the University of South Florida, where he was recognized with the Humanism in Medicine Award.
