    Dr. Ivanna Grande, from Miami, Florida, obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Florida and completed her PGY-1 resident at ORMC. She is excited to pursue her interests in oncology and infectious disease. Outside of residency, she loves traveling, staying active and healthy, spending time with family and friends, concerts, and always trying new places to eat!

  • Macrina Ghali, Pharm.D.

    Dr. Macrina Ghali is from Dallas, TX. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Tampa General Hospital. During her PGY2 Critical Care residency at Orlando Health, she will participate in direct patient care, conduct a research project evaluating the utilization of a clinical parameter to titrate neuromuscular blocking agents compared to train-of-four goals, and conduct a medication use evaluation on Lokelma utilization. She will be presenting a continuing education seminar on the management of alcohol withdrawal in critically ill patients. Upon completion of residency, she plans to obtain board certification in critical care pharmacy and pursue a career as a clinical specialist in critical care.

  • Megan Wood, Pharm.D.

    Dr. Megan Wood of Winter Haven, FL, received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2022. As a PGY-1 pharmacy resident at Orlando Health, Dr. Wood will participate in multidisciplinary patient-care rounds and monthly code coverage. She will complete a research project evaluating the appropriateness of Heparin-PF4 testing in patients on heparin therapy experiencing thrombocytopenia. In addition, she will conduct a medication use evaluation assessing the proper use of levothyroxine IV. She will also present a continuing education seminar on the treatment of animal and human bite wound infections. Following completion of her residency, Dr. Wood plans to pursue a PGY-2 pharmacy residency and a career in clinical pharmacy with a focus on oncology and critical care.

    Dr. Kaitlyn Cabrera, from Coral Springs, Florida, completed her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Florida and completed her PGY-1 at ORMC! She is most interested in pediatric critical care and pediatric hematology/oncology. She enjoys hanging out with her friends, husband, and corgi puppy Cheddar in addition to adventuring outdoors!
