Orlando, FL and Dorado, Puerto Rico (October 19, 2022) – Orlando Health, a non-profit healthcare organization that serves the southeastern United States, today announced it has acquired PRISA Group’s and Triple-S Management’s participation in Sabanera Health Dorado, an agreement that both parties identified as a huge step on taking the new facility to its next level of excellence and benefiting all residents of Puerto Rico’s northern region while solidifying the efforts to promote medical tourism on the island.

Orlando Health Air Care Team paramedic receives Liberty Shield Award
Orlando, Fla. (May 2, 2022) --- Orlando Health Air Care Team's Miles Morgan was recently recognized with the 2022 Liberty Shield Award from the Orange County Bar Association. The award recognizes a first responder who demonstrates exemplary services to the health or safety of the community. Morgan, CCEMT-P, critical care flight paramedic, received the award at the association’s Law Week Luncheon on April 28, 2022.

Orlando Health to acquire Medical Center Radiology Group
Orlando, FL (July 20, 2022) – Orlando Health, a non-profit healthcare organization headquartered in Orlando, Fla., today announced it will acquire Medical Center Radiology Group (MCRG), whose board-certified radiologists interpret medical imaging for the healthcare system. The acquisition will further leverage the expertise of the radiology group and support the ongoing investment in patient care. The acquisition will be effective October 1.

Bill Hussey Leaves a Legacy with Family, Friends and Orlando Health
Bill Hussey was an incredible leader in Central Florida, identified at age 29 as the youngest savings and loan trade association executive in the nation. Throughout his life he continued to invest his time, wisdom and talents to the area’s growing community. In the early 1980’s, when he learned of the plans for a much-needed children’s hospital in Orlando, he and his wife Betty chose to come alongside the Orlando Health Foundation as one of the earliest supporters to help make Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children a reality.
