Try this berry smoothie bowl. Blueberries are great sources of antioxidant compounds, especially flavonoids, which aid in reducing inflammation.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 frozen ripe banana, peeled before freezing

1/4 cup of water or you can use unsweetened almond milk

Toppings: 1 tablespoon unsalted natural peanut butter, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries

Add all ingredients into a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Try to use the smallest amount of liquid possible in order to create a smoothie consistency.
