Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Makes 1 serving


  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 scoop whey protein powder

  • 1 cup spinach, raw

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup ice


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a mixer until smooth.
