Herb Dip
This herb dip is perfect for summer dining, The recipe by Lisa Cooper, a registered dietitian with Orlando Health, is easy to whip up.
Makes 12 servings (serving size is 2 tablespoons)
Ingredients:

1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons chives, chopped

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/8 teaspoon curry powder (optional)

1/8 teaspoon paprika

1 small garlic clove, minced
Preparation:
- Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Serve with crisp raw vegetables.
