Bio
Cameron Swanick, MD, is a board-certified radiation oncologist with Orlando Health Cancer Institute.
Dr. Swanick earned her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina, and was one of three students recognized for receiving all honors in medical school. Dr. Swanick completed a residency in radiation oncology as well as an internship at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. During her residency, she received several awards for her research and patient care, including the MD Anderson Clinical Resident/Fellow Excellence Award for Teaching.
Dr. Swanick has performed post-graduate research in the areas of breast, cervical and vulvar cancer treatment, as well as thoracic and gastrointestinal cancers. She is skilled in advanced radiation treatments, including intracranial stereotactic radiosurgery, proton therapy, accelerated partial breast irradiation, interstitial brachytherapy, intensity modulated radiation therapy, and gynecologic high-dose rate and pulsed-dose rate brachytherapy.
Dr. Swanick is a member of the American Society for Radiation Oncology, American Brachytherapy Society and American Society for Clinical Oncology.

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions, shown above, from our nationally-recognized Press-Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
