Bio
Carla Christo is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) with the Orlando Health Cancer Institute. She specializes in hematology and oncology with expertise in breast cancer diagnosis and survivorship. Her skills include:

Carla’s Training
Carla earned an associate degree in nursing at Miami Dade College and a bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in chemistry at Florida International University in Miami. She received her Master of Science in nursing (MSN) on the family nurse practitioner track from AdventHealth University in Orlando.

Carla is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed as an APRN and registered nurse in Florida.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, cooking healthy meals, reading, watching movies and listening to music. These activities help her recharge and stay grounded, bringing energy and perspective to the care she provides.

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions, shown above, from our nationally-recognized Press-Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
