Bio
Carol Ramirez Rojas, MD, is an endocrinologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Endocrinology. Her focus is providing care and health education to patients with endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism conditions such as type 1 and 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, thyroid, adrenal gland disorders, and pituitary abnormalities. She also helps patients manage osteoporosis, weight loss and insulin pumps.
After earning her medical degree from the Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá, Colombia, she completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and a fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at Sutter Health – California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco.
Dr. Ramirez Rojas is board certified in internal medicine, endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism. She is a member of the Endocrine Society, American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, and American Thyroid Society and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
