Dr. Christopher Thomas is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist and neuroradiologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Radiology. He cares for patients who need interpretation of their diagnostic imaging, including:
- Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
- Computed tomography (CT)
- Ultrasounds
- X-rays
Dr. Thomas specializes in diagnosing abnormalities of the brain, spine, head and neck. He strives to care for his patients the way he would want his family members to be treated, and values working in partnership with the bedside care team.
Dr. Thomas’ Training
Dr. Thomas received his medical degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Michigan State University in East Lansing, where he served as chief resident in his final year. His fellowship in neuroradiology was performed at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut.
He also earned a master’s degree in basic medical sciences from Wayne State University in Detroit and a bachelor’s degree in English from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.

Dr. Thomas is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology. He is a member of the Association of University Radiologists, Radiologic Society of North America, American College of Radiology and American Roentgen Ray Society.
Outside of work, Dr. Thomas enjoys film study and criticism, playing tennis and spending time with his family.
