Bio
Cristina Bridgman is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) with the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute. She assists cardiologists in treating cardiovascular disease patients, and her areas of expertise include:
- Cardiovascular disease
- Preventive cardiology
- Congestive Heart Failure
Cristina has cared for individuals in Central Florida since 2008. As a pacemaker recipient at the age of 25, she can empathize with patients who may be worried about their own heart health.
Cristina’s Training
Cristina received her bachelor’s degree in health sciences from the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she graduated magna cum laude. She earned her master’s in medical science from Nova Southeastern University.
About Cristina
Cristina is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed as a PA in Florida. Her professional members include the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and Heart Failure Society of America.
Cristina regularly volunteers at Shepherd’s Hope, which provides free medical services to uninsured residents of Central Florida.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, visiting the beach and traveling. Cristina is fluent in English and Spanish, and Spain is a favorite travel destination.

Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
