Dr. Daniel Dauer is a board-certified and fellowship-trained musculoskeletal radiologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Radiology. He cares for patients who need interpretation of their diagnostic imaging, including:
- X-rays
- Ultrasounds
- Computed tomography (CT)
- Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
Dr. Dauer also performs image-guided procedures of the bones, joints, spine and soft tissues for adult and pediatric patients.
Dr. Dauer’s Training
Dr. Dauer earned his medical degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, where he was recognized for honors in research. He completed his residency in diagnostic and interventional radiology and his fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
Dr. Dauer earned a Master of Public Health with a specialization in global health and infectious disease at the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Dr. Dauer is certified with the American Board of Radiology. He is affiliated with the Society of Skeletal Radiology and Radiological Society of North America. He has served as an assistant professor at Emory University’s Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences in Atlanta.
