Bio
Daniel Fowler is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) with the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute. His specialties include:
- Total hip replacement
- Robotic total knee replacement
- Revision total hip and knee replacement
- Joint aspirations
- Steroid and gel injections
Daniel strives to treat each patient with respect and compassion with a goal of formulating personalized treatment plans that promote health and healing and enhance quality of life. He credits his experience as a certified athletic trainer with helping him develop skills in managing acute and chronic injuries, as well as creating rehabilitation protocols tailored to individual needs.
Daniel’s Training
Daniel received his bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He earned his master’s degree in sports management at Florida State University in Tallahassee and in physician assistant studies at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida.
About Daniel
Daniel is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer. His professional memberships include the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, dining out, cooking, exercising and golf. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions, shown above, from our nationally-recognized Press-Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
