David Estalilla is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) with the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute. He works with inpatient cardiology patients and has experience in providing patient-centered and team-based care in:
- Clinical cardiac electrophysiology
- General cardiology
- Interventional/structural heart disease
- Advanced heart failure
David diagnoses and treats emergent, acute and chronic illnesses and supervises the advanced practice providers at the Heart and Vascular Institute. He considers it a privilege to be able to care for patients.
David’s Training
David earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He received his master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the Dr. Pallavi Patel College of Health Care Sciences at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers, Florida. He also holds a master’s in medical studies from the University of South Florida in Tampa.

He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Society of Point of Care Ultrasound.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with family, traveling, weightlifting, running and basketball.
