Bio
Dr. Folayan Fatade is a board-certified radiologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Radiology specializing in diagnostic and interventional radiology. He provides screenings and diagnoses in order to efficiently set a path for treatment and recovery. He cares for patients needing:

Dr. Fatade's Training
Dr. Fatade earned his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus. He completed his residency in radiology at Stony Brook University Hospital in Stony Brook, New York, and a fellowship in interventional radiology at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.

Dr. Fatade is certified in both diagnostic radiology and vascular and interventional radiology by the American Board of Radiology. He is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology and American College of Radiology.

The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
