Dr. Frans van Dijk is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist and fellowship-trained nuclear radiologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Radiology. He has been in practice for more than 20 years.
Dr. van Dijk cares for patients who need interpretation of their nuclear imaging, which is used to examine organ function and structure. The most common areas of the body for nuclear scans include:

Dr. van Dijk’s Training
Dr. van Dijk earned his medical degree and a bachelor’s in psychobiology at the University of Miami in Florida. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology and his fellowship in nuclear medicine at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
