Dr. Gurjot Garcha is a board-certified pulmonologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Lung and Sleep Medicine who has provided care for patients in Central Florida since 2017. She diagnoses and treats diseases of the respiratory system including:
Dr. Garcha also is fellowship-trained in critical care medicine, skilled in treating patients who need advanced monitoring and care. She believes open communication, compassion and mutual respect between the doctor and patient can provide the best possible care.
Dr. Garcha received her medical training from Medical University of Lublin in Poland. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center, where she served as chief resident in her final year. Her fellowships in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine also were completed at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Garcha is a member of the American College of Physicians, Society of Critical Care Medicine, American College of Chest Physicians and American Thoracic Society.
Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with her French bulldog.
Dr. Garcha is fluent in English and Punjabi.
